DMCA & Copyright Policy
GoodUPC, operated by Furvexo LLC (“GoodUPC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright and trademark laws. This policy explains how we respond to notices of alleged infringement and how rights holders, customers, and other parties can reach us.
1. Our Commitment
The content published on goodupc.com — including text, graphics, product images, guides, and the barcode image files we generate — is either owned by Furvexo LLC, licensed to us, or used in accordance with applicable law. We do not knowingly publish or distribute material that infringes the copyright or trademark of any third party, and we respond promptly to properly submitted complaints.
2. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on goodupc.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated contact at order@goodupc.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The exact URL, or a description sufficient to locate the allegedly infringing material on our website;
- Your full contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
3. How We Respond
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question within a reasonable period of time. We may also notify the party who posted or supplied the material so that they have an opportunity to respond or submit a counter-notice.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us at order@goodupc.com. Your counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the material and the location at which it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
5. Trademarks
Marketplace names, retailer names, and other brand names referenced on goodupc.com — such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart, or GS1 — are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification, descriptive, and compatibility purposes only. GoodUPC is an independent provider of barcode numbers and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organizations.
6. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, GoodUPC will disable or terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Contact
All copyright and trademark inquiries should be directed to order@goodupc.com. This address is intended for intellectual property notices only; for order or product support, please use our standard contact channels.
