1. Overview of Digital Goods
GoodUPC sells digital assets delivered electronically via email. Because digital products are accessible immediately upon delivery, we generally consider sales final once the product has been sent. However, we provide a 15-day window for refund requests under specific conditions to ensure a fair shopping experience.
2. Delivery Guarantee
- Standard Delivery: Digital products are typically delivered within 30 minutes of successful payment.
- Maximum Timeframe: In rare technical instances, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive your barcodes within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase date if:
- The digital product was not delivered to your provided email address within 24 hours.
- The delivered barcode numbers do not match the product description (e.g., wrong quantity or invalid format).
- A duplicate order was placed by mistake, provided the duplicate codes have not been accessed or used.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our support team at order@goodupc.com. Your request must include:
- Order Number
- Email address used for the purchase
- Reason for the refund request
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Stripe, Credit Card, etc.).
- Processing Time: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The customer provides an incorrect email address and the product was successfully delivered to that address.
- The product has already been assigned, registered, or used on a marketplace (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
- The request is made after the 15-day eligibility period.
- The purchase was made due to a lack of technical knowledge regarding how UPC/EAN codes work (we provide extensive documentation to prevent this).
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the digital delivery has occurred. Once the email containing the barcode data is sent, the cancellation policy transitions to the Refund Policy stated above.
